Lauren – Writer and Digital Media Specialist

Lauren brings up-to-the-minute expertise at the intersection of writing and the digital world to Knapp Marketing. She is a skilled journalist with extensive knowledge of various digital platforms. Lauren helps law firms and attorneys with blogging, social media, affiliate marketing, graphic design, web design, web development, and technical support. She received her B.A. in English, Creative Writing and has a Masters in Journalism.

Mary – Brand Strategist and Copy Writer

Mary is one of the most dynamic and positive people you will ever meet: a seemingly endless font of creative ideas and unusual ways of looking at the world. Mary operates at the creative intersection of brand, copy and visual imagery. Time and again, we’ve watched her take the ordinary and transform it into the extraordinary. Mary’s day job is as the creative director at a top consumer brand agency in Chicago where she is responsible for award-winning ad campaigns and websites for many of the products that we use on a daily basis.

Erin – Messaging Specialist and Association Veteran

When Knapp Marketing clients want to create a fresh, new public persona with compelling content, Erin is there to help. A serial monogamist, she’s managed dozens of internal and external communications efforts for industry, trade associations, professional services firms and government. Her work includes message development, media training, speech writing and advising clients at the intersection of public policy and business interests.

Joan – Market Research and Analysis

Joan has brought a disciplined approach to economic data analysis and research to Knapp Marketing for over a dozen years. Prior to working with Knapp, Joan directed market research programs in-house for Stanley Black & Decker and Pulte Homes. From the development of reliable survey instruments to flashes of insight into subjective and objective data, Joan’s skills have been instrumental in the development of Knapp’s data-driven approach.
