“My attorneys were interested in social networking and I was way behind the curve. Amy worked with me to bring me up to speed and then did a dynamic training for my attorneys. Now my attorneys are energized and I am able to support them!”
The phenomemon of Social Networking makes many people feel like they are late to the party and uncertain how important social networking really is to their business.
As early adopters of social media, we lecture and write on the topic frequently and participate on a daily basis. As social media consultants, we don’t evangelize, we illustrate how and when social media can strengthen a firm’s marketing efforts and we support clients in two ways.
First, we provide training, coaching and support so that both marketing staff and attorneys feel confident in the on-line environment. An important part of this training is the development of a social networking policy and the adequate communication of that policy to ensure it is understood. This critical step that ensures that social media is a blessing, not a curse.
Secondly, because we believe that social media is a tool, not a stand-alone strategy, we help firms creatively and productively incorporate social media strategies into their on-going marketing and business development plans.
