Jess Ferko manages website projects for Knapp Marketing, and she brings unique skills and qualifications to the job. Originally trained in communication design, she quickly expanded her skills into programming and subsequently discovered a talent for leading the creation of websites.

As Senior Project Manager for Knapp Marketing websites, Jess brings her expertise in responsive websites, mobile media, animation, search engine optimization, and web metrics analysis to every project. Jess has over 27 years’ experience in award-winning, comprehensive campaigns utilizing digital and traditional media. With hands-on experience ranging from user experience design to website development, she has the expertise to create strategies and implement tactics that use the best combination of media to achieve our clients’ business objectives.

Jess’s degree is in Communication Design and she stays current in the industry by participating in professional networks like the Web Managers Roundtable and AIGA. She is a certified Microsoft Project specialist and has a Hubspot Inbound Marketing certificate.
